WOODBURY, NJ—On June 2, 2017, The FAF Coalition (The FAF) will host the Grand Opening of LOT 323 (parking lot at West Centre & Russell Streets), from 6:00P.M. to 9:30P.M. This is the second year of this highly successful program. This is the first of (6) TGI-FAF events, a FREE Friday night concert series, with artist vendors and family-friendly creative activities, as well as food, beer, and wine available for purchase; Partners: Towne Liquors, Eight & Sand Beer Co, Flying Fish Brewing Co, Lunacy Brewing Company, Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant, Devil’s Creek Brewery.

Lot 323 is an urban garden/park with an industrial motif, inviting people to gather, play, remotely work, relax, and enjoy light fare and entertainment. The space is outfitted with a stage for performance. Lot 323 also offers a free public space OPEN 7 DAYS AWEEK, available for local groups to reserve for their own programming. Emerging artists and musicians, as well as arts and cultural organizations and schools and educational groups, are encouraged to reserve this “Third Space” through The FAF.
Lot 323 is part of The FAF’s larger mission to “champion initiatives rich in arts, culture, and sustainable design as a catalyst for community development and economic revitalization.” Through creative placemaking, The FAF creates “engaging places and innovative experiences that transform the lives of the community.” With its base in Woodbury, The FAF has chosen to enrich the City’s community through arts programming.
