One More Season at LOT 323 — Before the Next Chapter Begins

Lot 323 Dance Party!

One More Season at Lot 323 – Before the Next Chapter Begins

For nine years, LOT 323 has transformed a simple downtown lot into something much bigger – a gathering place where music, art, and community come together in the heart of Woodbury.

This spring, The FAF Coalition returns to the original location at 115 S. Broad Street for one more season before LOT 323 relocates to it’s next home (location announcement coming soon). The future of LOT 323 is expanding – but before the move, we have one more incredible season to enjoy right where it all began.

And we plan to make the most of it.

Lot 323 Playground

Beginning May 15, the lot fills again with live music, art, and neighbors coming together under the open sky. If you’ve been part of LOT 323 over the past nine years, you already know the magic: the spontaneous dancing, the conversations between strangers who become friends, and the artists bringing new life to the space.

This year’s season brings back some beloved favorites.

aLOT of Art Returns
Artists will once again transform the space with live mural painting, turning LOT 323 into a working outdoor gallery as the season unfolds.

Children’s Entrepreneur Market – June 19
One of the most inspiring nights of the season returns with 50+ youth vendors bringing their businesses, ideas, and creativity to the lot. The Children’s Entrepreneur Market has become a highlight each year, showcasing the next generation of makers and entrepreneurs.

An incredible live music lineup
Each evening features live performances that turn an ordinary night into a community celebration.

LOT 323 has always been about what happens when people show up — artists, musicians, families, neighbors, and visitors discovering Woodbury in a new way.

Next year, the program will enter its next chapter in a new location, bringing even more opportunity for creativity and community connection.

But first, we get one more season at the place that started it all.

So come early. Stay late. Bring friends. Bring neighbors.

Let’s make this season at 115 S Broad Street one worth remembering.
